Architectural Review Committee ARC
The Section 22 HOA Declaration of Restrictions under which our properties are governed requires that plans for all new construction, pool/spa installation, significant landscape changes, or external modifications of existing structures be submitted to the Grantor and approved by the Grantor as meeting the requirements of the Section 22 HOA Restrictions. Section 22 HOA approval must be given before any work can commence. The Board of Directors has empowered the ARC to make these approvals as long as the restrictions are met. The ARC application and requirements are available on the download page of this site.
ARC meets on the second Wednesday of each month. The committee is in constant contact via email. Project approval is processed daily.
