The Burnt Store Anglers is recreational fishing club affiliated with the Burnt Store Golf and Activity Club. Founded in 2002, the club has grown from 18 members to over 150. The primary goal of the anglers is to offer opportunity for fisherman and ladies anglers to learn about our local fishing methods through seminars, fishing schools and fun fishing tournaments. The Anglers meet the first Monday of each month at 3:30 p.m. from September thru June at the Marina Tiki Hut.  In inclement weather, meetings are held in Cass Cay Restaurant. All are welcome to join the Burnt Store Anglers! The Angler’s have among it’s members several world record holders including both men and woman. The club is very conservation minded and encourage “catch and release” of all species. A wonderful monthly program consists of local guides, tackle shop owners, state and local fisheries experts as well as many of the club’s own members. The Anglers support and sponsor many charity events. So if you like to fish or would like to learn about fishing in our local waters, become a member of this exciting fishing club.
