Check out Our Facility!

Our facilities feature exercise and strengthening machines along with free weights, all designed for your comprehensive health and strengthening workouts. Resistance tubes, exercise balls and exercise mats are also available to supplement your individual flexibility and balancing routines. Our staff is here to help you get familiar with the equipment.

Professional instructors conduct a range of group classes tailored to help you achieve your specific goals and abilities, such as strengthening, stretching, endurance, balance and cardiac health. Classes are included with all membership. Orientation sessions are by appointment.

Operating hours

To accommodate your personal schedule, all members can access the center every day of the year including holidays. Just use your FOB to open the door.  This offers amazing flexibility to support your fitness goals.

Customize Your Fitness Exercise Routine

We each have specific objectives for improving our health and fitness. Design your fitness class schedule to meet your objectives. Our class descriptions, accessed via the link below, identifies the primary focus of each class with the following designations: Strength Training, Aerobic Training, and Yoga/Stretch.

Strength training is extremely important in combating the age-related changes in muscle mass, bone density, metabolism and balance. It is an effective way to increase muscle strength and mobility, stay self-sufficient and to shed unwanted inches.  Check out the classes offered that concentrate on strength training.

Aerobic Fitness Training

Aerobic Fitness Training

Aerobics exercise is physical exercise of low to high intensity. This is any type of cardiovascular conditioning, for example walking, running, dancing, cycling, etc.

Pool & Spa

Aqua Aerobics

An aerobic workout, perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to your fitness routine. Designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and tone muscles without the added stress to your joints.

Yoga

Yoga/Stretch Training

Stretch Classes, Strength, & Balance: These unique classes use slow movement exercises focusing on lower body and core strength to improve balance. It also incorporates extensive stretching to increase flexibility.

  • All Fitness & Aqua classes are included with your membership, and free to holders of valid Day Passes.

Pre-registration for classes is required on Court Reserve. Members have 50 hours ahead of class to sign up.

Classes are FREE to all Fitness Center members, and holders of valid Day Passes.

Members and Day Pass holders under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while using the Fitness Center equipment and facilities.

These amenities are community-owned by the PGI Section 22 Homeowner’s Association
