Responsibilities: Responsible for the operations of BSM Fitness, Racquet & Pool Club, Staff and Sub-Committees. Establish, through the Staff and Sub-Committees, membership programs and activities designed to meet the budgeted annual financials outlined by the Section 22 Board. Develop Strategic, long term planning of Capital improvements to and membership growth of the Fitness Center, Tennis, Pickleball and Pool / Spa. Present recommendations to Section 22 Board.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing programs designed to retain current and attract new memberships from within BSM and surrounding communities. Utilize marketing tools in building our Brand, including BSM website, Facebook page, Member newsletter, Recruiting brochure, Email blasts, Flyers, Posters, Open Houses and facility signage. Strategic, long-term plan to create awareness of the services offered by the Fitness, Racquet & Pool Club.
Responsibilities: Organize Pickleball activities both on and off the courts. Develop and implement programs designed to grow Pickleball membership, maximize court utilization and encourage involvement of new members in Pickleball activities. Offer Beginners lessons, clinics, and drills in conjunction with Ricky Deller, our Pickleball Pro. Develop fundraisers to finance improvement projects.
Responsibilities: Organize Tennis activities both on and off the courts. Develop and implement programs designed to grow Tennis membership, maximize court utilization, and encourage involvement of new members in tennis activities. Support the Tennis teams and their needs. In conjunction with our Tennis Pro, Jay Penny, develop and coordinate clinics, lessons, drills, intramural and social tennis play. Develop fundraisers to finance improvement projects.
Responsibilities: Staff is responsible for the day to day operation of the Fitness Center, Racquet Courts and Pool. Provide a welcoming atmosphere for members, maintain equipment and communicate with our members. Responsible for the cleanliness and safety of all amenities. Provide our members with the best experience they can have while getting healthy with planned events and educational seminars. Instructors are responsible for staying up to date with current fitness trends while planning and executing classes that provide a wide range of fitness activities that fit the needs of all our members, from chair to high impact exercises.
