This section serves as a central resource to staff and members to quickly locate documents used by members of our Club.
All Club memberships are for people, not properties. Property owners of rental properties who have a Club membership maintain that membership for themselves, only. Renters must purchase their own memberships or day-passes to use any of the Club’s amenities. Membership FOBS, cards or any other proof of membership are not transferable between property owners and renters of their properties. Effective October 1st, 2018.
Each day pass entitles the pass holder to use all Fitness, Racquet and Pool amenities, for that day.
One pass is required for each individual.
All Annual Memberships are eligible to purchase a 7 day Pool Pass for their house guests (Maximum 4 guests). Cost: $75 + tax. Valid for seven (7) consecutive days specified by the Member, who must purchase the Pass. There is no limit on the number of visits to the pool, nor the number of Passes the Member can purchase throughout the term of membership.
For the residents/renters of BSM, who do not have a membership, the cost is $175 + tax.
These amenities are community-owned by the PGI Section 22 Homeowner’s Association
