We tried to clarify the BSM Barking Lot Membership Form. Our Annual Membership $100 is for each Section 22 & 23 household not dog. We would like to have photos, so we get to know all by sight.
More importantly we need to have your current dog’s health records scanned, so we know all dogs have their Bordetella and Rabies shots up to date. We will have a monthly company thoroughly clean both sides of the park and sanitize it to prevent hookworm and such.
As stated before once our FOB Entry System is in place and the separate Maintenance Gates are Installed, the Park will be open from 9AM until a half an hour before Dusk – Mon-Sun.
For now, the Park is opened for members December 1, 2024. Current Members will receive a gate code by email. Until those maintenance gates are in place, are hours are 9AM – 4PM corresponding with the maintenance yard hours and days, Mon – Fri.
If any neighbors hear noises from that area in non opening times, please call the police.
The Burnt Store Marina Barking Lot is just steps away from making our dream a reality. Please consider being a part of this latest amenity to our lovely home by donating what you can. We have over $26,000 raised thus far, thanks to the extreme generosity of a few residents & friends.
Section 22 members, their guests and/or renters who join the park will finally have a place to let their dogs run freely off leash in a safe, controlled environment. (FYI, This latest amenity is one that is being offered with all the new communities going in along Burnt Store Rd.) For our properties to stay abreast of the times, it’s a needed amenity!. Our property values depend on our many amenities being meticulously maintained which include our golf courses, fitness center, marina, dining spots and our soon to be new dog park.
