What is Section 22?
Punta Gorda Isles Section 22 is the master home owners association for the Burnt Store Marina and Golf Club community. Residents pay an annual association assessment to cover the costs of maintaining the entries and other common grounds, the roads, the management and administration of the association, and the Community Security services which include a roving security vehicle and manned gates.
This site is for residents to find out information about the Section 22 Association and its on-going activities. You can find information on the Board of Directors, the Committees, Community Operations, the By-laws, the basic restrictions and the Association Manager. Dates of Board meetings will be posted. Check often for new announcements and revisions.
